Throughout 2010 Dublin will see a mega boost of meeting facilities with the opening of the impressive National Convention Centre located in the city centre in September. Another major new meetings and exhibitions venue is the Aviva stadium due to open this summer with capacity for 50,000 in the stadium and up to 800 in 50 spaces located over five levels. Dublin's largest events and conference venue is the Citywest Hotel and Conference Centre located on the outskirts of Dublin where it boasts 34 dedicated meeting rooms, over 100,500 square metres of exhibition space and capacity for over 4000 delegates. Another major venue is the historical Royal Dublin Society dating from 1731 and offering 20 function rooms and an outdoor stadium, suitable for all types and sizes of events.

Other unique venue offerings in Dublin include the Old Jameson Distillery, The Guinness Storehouse, Chapter One and a selection of delicious eateries ranging from old and charming to new and wonderfully unique.
